The NM-1GE we can use on Cisco 3660.
Is there any Giga Ethernet card to use on 3640 model?

According to the documentation;
You can use NM-16ESW-1GIG, see Table 3.

For which purpose? A 3640 doesn't have performances enough to fill one fast ethernet, not to mention gigabit.

The only GE-capable interface for the 3640 series router is the NM-1GE. You'll need to upgrade your IOS for it too, 12.2(11)YT. You can also use, for this NM, various GBIC modules: 5483, 5484, 5486, etc.

The documentation says otherwise:

I would like to thank everybody involved in this conversation.
The purpose of it is use in an emergency situation a Cisco3640 model to replace a Cisco2800 models which has default Gigaethernet interface.

The 2821 and 2851 don't have the performance to fully drive (or substain) their gig interfaces either. If whatever your 2800 is connected to supports FastEthernet, then you really shouldn't need to use gig interfaces in an "emergency" 3640 replacement.
PS:
If the device your 2800 is connected to doesn't support FastEthernet, you might also consider placing an inexpensive L2 switch between that device and your "emergency" 3640 that can support FastEtherent and GigEthernet. Cost might be similar but perhaps you acquire a more useful piece of equipment that can be used later (i.e. L2 switch vs. 3640 interface card).

Just make sure that the switch can work at 100 or 10 mbps also. It's useless to spend money on old routers and even more useless to do that for "just in case".
You will find that routers very rarely break down.
