We have 7936 conf phone, randomly reboots in mid of conference. It will keep rebooting and stuck to configuring IP. Then we need to unplug the power cord and reconnect to get it register with the Callmanager. We did not configure Voice VLAN for this phone and see the switch configuration below.
interface GigabitEthernet0/30
switchport access vlan 20
no logging event link-status
speed auto 10 100
no snmp trap link-status
spanning-tree portfast
end
Can some one help me?

Hi Ravi, If you have checked network connectivity and no hardware issues (patch cord, power cube), try deleting the phone record from the CCM administration page and re-create it. By the way, what CCM verion do you have, maybe an option could be a firmware upgrade of your phone.

Network connectivity is fine.. We have CM 4.1.3. We are running cmterm_7936.3-3-15-0. This is an intermittent problem. Some times happen in mid of conference..

This can be potential issue.. I will have Cisco TAC look in to it get the firmware recommendations..
