Hi, I am installing the CAR application on a CCM version 4.3(2), however the following message is displayed during the installation: âCould not connect to CCM database...â and the installation is aborted. This is done on the Publisher server as must be. The mentioned message is displayed when the installation file is executed. The cluster is formed by the publisher and only one subscriber. The CCM does not appear to present any other issue.

hi sir,
i think there is a problem with CAR plugin in that version and u need to get a different one.
can u upload car install log to confirm.

Hi,
Seems to be that CAr is not able to connect to CUCM db using system DSN
You can check from:
Data Sources (ODBC) --> System DSN --> CiscoCallManager --> and see if actually DB is the correct one.
