Hi,

I would like to block following address range on my router ext int.

71.64.0.0 - 71.79.255.255.

Will the mask be 0.15.255.255.

Should I follow access-list 101 deny ip 71.64.0.0 0.15.255.255 any.And add access group 101 to int.

Correct if I am wrong mask..

for below range.

116.120.0.0 - 116.127.255.255

It should go like this 0.7.255.255?

Reg,

Sushil

You are correct

71.64.0.0 - 71.79.255.255 = 0.15.255.255

116.120.0.0 - 116.127.255.255 = 0.7.255.255

Make sure you put this deny before any entries that may match any of the address's with a permit.
