Hi All,
We installed our system in November of last year - so far all good, however I want to now enable extension mobility to allow users to switch between desks as well as add remote access for our sales guys. I have not been able to find any sample configuration guides and was hoping someone could share or point me in the right direction.
Thanks
Gary

Hi Gary,
Kindly find the 2-links below
this is an example on how to configure extension mobility:
www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a00807f8b2f.shtml
It is from adding the service to the step of subscribing the phone

The guide:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmemobl.html
recommend you also update IOS to minimize the chance of running into bugs.

Hi Gary,
Create device profiles for each user and then associate their phones with that. All subscribe all the phones to extension mobility servcies so that phone can show EM options

What you're missing here, is that the OP does NOT have CCM, he has CME (UC520).
