hi,

i have a strange problem, ccm v4.1.3(sr5b), i deleted all tracks on one DID. but still the old CFNA/CFB settings are working for that DID in ccm.

Is this DID records are not still deleted from ccm, i checked route plan report, but that did not listed there.

Any clues!!!!

yes infact i selected "All Patterns"!!!!!.i also checked on subscriber db same thing is there coz i was suspecting replication mismatch, which i verified using dblhelper & found healthy

then the actual answer is NO

all patterns DO NOT INCLUDE UNASSIGNED DNS

i have 1 dn : 1004, i search it in both ways.

1. Selected 'All patterns' , result: it was listed

2. Selected 'Unassigned patterns', result:it was listed

What do you think which setting should i check further, because i deleted & then recreated the same DID in my extension mobility profile several times but wasnt able to get rid of VM setting on CFNA/CFB.

Same old settings are in effect, regardless of deleting & recreating the same DID entry.

Hope you will find some solution for it!!!

Have u tried restarting IPVMS and DBL services?

ok, did you deleted both entries???

because to me it sounds you left the unassigned DN which might have a partition with higher preference in the calling device css and it's still using it

delete all unassigned DNs that could match that number and then try again

yeah i deleted both entries, then tried & stragely foiund that still i can hit DID from outside & inside that again goes to VM, how is it possible to be.

I can check also SQL, but i need to know whihc tables are use d to hold this DN information.!!!!!!

numplan table, field = DNorPattern

if nothing shows up most probably it's still on cache memory, a dbl restart might help, or a ccm restart
