I need a script which will enable a UCCX5.0 system to record a message from the user when the queue overflows, then requeue it when the wait time has reduced to a reasonable level. Has anyone got any examples?
I haven't used it yet, but you can use the voicemail queue script that is located in the UCCX script repository or you can go to this link where you will find alot of sample scripts.
