Digits are not passed to the ccm in mgcp configuration

Hi,

I configured the new PRI with mgcp.When i dial the DID number the calls get conncted to the router and giving the dial tone,its not passing the digits to the call manager.

What the output of "show ccm-manager" looks like? Does it show "registered" with the IP address of the CCM? Have you tried to reset the MGCP?

Hi,

Now i reconfigured to h.323.After that also i am facing the same problem.Calls are hitting the router,and immidiately giving the dial tone.then i dial the extension,i am able to reach the extension.But idealy the calls should be reach without diaing number ,after the call reached the router.

Post a DEBUG ISDN Q931 also have you configured Direct-inward-dial on the POTS and incoming called-number.
