After CCNA, what is the most important certification with regards to improving employability?

Where do your interests lie ie.

Voice = CCVP

Service Provider = CCIP

Security = CCSP

Routing/switching = CCNP

The best thing you can do is to choose based on what interests you the most. That way you become very good at what you do. And the hot topic now may not be the hot topic by the time you have certified.

If you are staying within the Routing and Switching track, the next most important certification is CCNP and the highest on that track will be CCIE.

You have to ask yourself, which career path you have the most passion for.

In addition, in order to be employable, you need to have some experience. Start by offering your services to volunteer organizations or churches.
