Telnet Problem with IOS IPsec VPN

I am having an issue with telnetting to a Cisco router from an IPsec VPN created between a Cisco 857 and a Draytek router. I can telnet to and ping the draytek router from the Cisco LAN, however from the LAN behind the draytek, I cannot telnet to the Cisco but can ping it. When I telnet I just get a blank screen in my DOS prompt. Am I missing something on the Cisco?

Do you have an ACL on your VTY lines? If so, you may need to modify to allow your source address.

Also, in your VPN ACL, you need to allow the TCP/Telnet traffic through.
