We need new one for this router.

I cannot order this part number.

If i put PN to Cisco Ordering for Disty, system writing "The data, product, or services you entered is not valid"

Indeed this part is not on the GPL, I just checked. My advice is that you contact your Cisco Sales Rep and take it from there. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Tomas -

Unfortunately, the reason why the Cisco 831 power supplies can not be ordered is because they are no longer sold.

In June 2006, Cisco announced the last day to order the 831 routers would be June 2007 (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps380/prod_end-of-life_notice0900aecd804d5abd.html).

In June 2008, Cisco announced the last day to order the 831 power supplies, memory, and cables would be September 2008 (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps380/eol_c51_484922.html).
