Is anyone aware of any good forums for candidates pursuing the CCIE storage?

No forums that I know of. I would recommend starting with reading 2 books by Robert Kembel. A comprehensive introduction to Fibre Channel, and Fibre Channel Switched Fabric are the titles. That along with a the SAN-OS 3.0 configuration guide should get you well on the way to passing the written exam.
