Unity Connections Distribution List

We are implementing UC 7.X and would like to determine a method to allow a user to be able to maintain a DL but others send messages to it. We would like to make sure that any add/moves on that list are able to be done by the specific user. Is there a way to make a private list available to other users? We don't want the admins of the system to have to make changes for the list. Any suggestions?

Private lists are only accessible to the user who owns them - they can't be "Shared" with other users for addressing purposes.

You'd have to use public distribution lists for this and you can edit those only thorugh the SA or via tools such as the Distribution List Builder - there's no way to lock a specific list down to a specific user or users for editing - admin access will allow for editing other list membership as well.
