ARC Operator console

Hi all,

I have a UCM 6.1.2 and I'm trying to configure new ARC Console. Previously I have configured Attendant Console without problem. Could tell me any guide to configure it? I have download the guides from ARC web site but they are for CCM 4

Therre is no difference as it only relies on Parttions and CSS.

There is an Arc installation guide that you should be able to obtain via your Arc Account Manager - feel free to reach out to him directly to request it?
