Hi, i need a way to begin in my search :

We have a call manager express system with E-phones 7941.

Our development service whant to make calls or trace calls on Ephones by using XML syntax.

Can somebody can help me ?

We want to find how to use XML for IPPhone.

We want to build applications where with one click the comptuter send a command to te EPhone to make call (for exemple).

When i select the agent call summary report , and the filter parameter is set to resource group name or team names, does not apear all the agents, only apears the summary of the team supervisor.

Its strange because weeks before when i select that filter all the agents asociated to that group apears, but now they don't

the version is Cisco Application Administration - 5.0(2)SR01_Build053
