I have multiple servers attache to one of our Cisco 6000 cat OS switch. however 7 of the server information not display on UT. on ciscoview the ports for those device attached too display as "green" or connected but no information about those device on campus manager. is there any ways to troubleshooting this kind of scenario?
Make sure your community string does not contain an '@'. If it does, change the community string, perform a new Data Collection, then a new UT acquisition.
