Hi,
Is the error : can't create the install dependancy file is common while installing LMS. Does it have any workaround?
Is there any specific circumstances it occurs?

This message may indicate your installation media is bad. On what platform are you installing LMS? What version of LMS are you installing? Where in the installation process do you see this message?

Try this. Extract the .exe from the .zip. Do NOT run the .exe from within WinZip or the built-in Windows extractor.
Before doing that, set the per-user TEMP and TMP environment variables to something short (e.g. C:\WINDOWS\TEMP). Also, disable any anti-virus software and security software (e.g. Cisco Security Agent) running on this server. Finally, make sure you're logged in as a local Administrator on the server's console.
