1310 WBG

I have a 1310 WBG that is connected to the infrastrure pointed at a 1240 AP. The problem that I am seeing is a client (camera) works once the camera is powered up. It gets an IP and then it is unaccessible from the network. I can login to the bridge and ping the device. What could be causing the device not to be accessible from the network?

Thanks,

TJ

What's the make and model of the camera?

The camera is a Pelco Spectra IV.

Does your camera tell you which AP you're currently assocated to? Can your camera also tell you if you're authenticated?

The only thing I can do is ping the camera from the bridge. I cannot ping the camera from the other side of the bridge. The bridge is associated with the correct AP and I can login into the bridge.
