Hi, I have one question. I wanted to call local service number to pay my bill with IP phone. After getting through the call, i input the account number, but it doesn't be recognized by peer's IVR system. This issue happens occasionally. Anyone knows
1/ how to confirm the IP phone send out the correct number?
2/ how to confirm the voice gateway receive and send out the correct number?
3/ Another ideas?
CUCM 6.1 IP phone 7961.
Thanks. Leo

Hi Leo,
My best guess is that you're hitting a bug a filed on duplicate DTMF from the IP phone: CSCsv04751
Try using the speakerphone or a headset and see if you can still reproduce the problem. You can try calling something like the TAC hotline option 2, and have the IVR play the digits back to you. If you're on your handset and you press the button down a little longer than normal, you may get duplicate DTMF.
This happens on phone loads 8.4.1 and 8.4.1 SR1. Anything higher than that and the issue is fixed.
