Hello Chao,

if the server is connected to a port associated to another Vlan

you need to add

int vlan x

bridge-group 10

see

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3560/software/release/12.2_46_se/configuration/guide/swfallbk.html#wp1020563

if all ports are in vlan 10 it should work (simple L2 LAN switching)even without configuring the inter-vlan bridge.

there is no chapter about ipx so fallback bridging is the right tool

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Hi Giuseppe,

Thanks for the reply.

I should be able to access the server from all the vlan so the brigde group is applied to all the SVI interface and all are in same bride group.

As i have said i am not able to access the server when i connect the laptop to the switch in the same vlan.

Hello Chao,

on the same switch same vlan you should be able to reach the server using the IPX suite.

Hope to help

Giuseppe
