When we undo the call forward all option on one of our 7960's it still displays that the call are been forwarded (as per the attachement). Calls can be received and outgoing calls can be made from this phone without an issues, it's just that the display says that the calls are been forwarded.
I have also given below the config on our Unity express gateway for this phone.
