Hello Selome,

if you don't see any readable character there is the possibility that the console port settings are not the default one.

Use the password recovery procedure to get control of the router you need console access for this

once you can see a readable output you can understand what's happening

With patience, change serial speed in your terminal program until you get readable output. Then set back configuration register to 0x2102.
