Service Cisco CallManager is down after an upgrade

Hello, experts!

I upgraded CCM 4.1 to CCM 6.1.2.1000-13. I got the licence from cisco.com for nodes and units. But the Service Cisco CallManager periodically goes down. Phones do not get registered at all.

As above, you need a SW feature license from you go from m 4/5 to 6.x

I'll contact cisco to get this license.
