Solved: Upgrade to CUCM version 7 from CUCM version 5.1.3

Hi,

Hope you can help,

can`t see much info on the file type required for the this upgrade, I am assuming that this will also be a .sgn type file that I just need to upload into the publisher first via software upload.

I have a copy of CUCM version 7 install disk and an upgrade from version 7 to 7.0.2 disk, but these do not seem to contain a .sgn file in any of the directorys or in any zipped folders etc.

I assume that you need to download the .sgn file from Cisco if you have a valid contract number etc.

Hope someone can advise?

Thanks for that, I had the release notes for 7.0.2, these were a bit confusing.
