Can anyone point me to a sample dial plan for Sao Paulo Brasil? Either my Google skills are failing me or I'm an idiot. Either way I can't find one. If anyone can help... I would appreciate it.

Seems like as long you extensions are numbered 1[0-8]xx you can do without the 9 access digit ?!?
