Decrease speed on an Ethernet Interface

I have a WS3750G switch with a Gigabitinterface configured to speed 100Mb. How do I decrease this speed to only 20Mb (logical). I can't find any suitable solution for this. The reason for this is that the providers Foundry switch discards packets if more than 20Mb/sec is delivered to him.

u can use the rate-limit feature under the interface and specify the required bandwidth.

Thanks

The 3750 does not support egress policing but you can use the "srr-queue bandwidth limit" commmand to achieve what you want -
