CCME : B-ACD:Cannot take the call in queue

I'm using CCME 4.0(2)

I've configured applications services for B-ACD and AA.

The first AA use the drop-through mode

and the second AA use a menu system.

My problem is that when the call is in the queue, the phone (member of the hunt group) cannot take/pick the call.

The screen displays that there is X call in the queue.

Is there any issues?

The IOS is c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-11.T1.bin

It use the CCME 4.0

There is a PVDM2-16 into the router, used for E1 (10 calls)

The CUE version is 2.3.4
