Hi,
I'm using CCME 4.0(2)
I've configured applications services for B-ACD and AA.
The first AA use the drop-through mode
and the second AA use a menu system.
My problem is that when the call is in the queue, the phone (member of the hunt group) cannot take/pick the call.
The screen displays that there is X call in the queue.
Is there any issues?

Which exact IOS ? Some more show "this and that" would be needed.

Recommend you upgrade to 12.4(11)XJ4 that works without issues.
