Hello All
I can access the Cisco Unity Express -Administration console without any problems but when I try and access Configure - Extensions I get the following error message and wondered if anyone has any ideas?
Error: Unable to login as administrator to the Cisco CallManagerExpress at site 'local'.
Details: CME login failed

Telnet or SSH to the UC500 LAN IP (typically 192.168.10.1), login and enter the following:
conf t
ip http path flash:/gui
exit
write mem

I've entered those details without issue, and have commited them to mem.
I'm still getting this error message.
What IP should I been using to access?
I'm using 10.1.10.1 (Cisco Unity Express Administration)

The IP is correct. at this point, I would kindly ask you to open a case with our TAC, since you may be having some other issues.
