Attendant Console / Virtual Office / Script based on DID

We are interested in rolling out CUCM in a virtual office environment. How can we make a box containing text that the operator should read pop up on a computer based on DID so the attendant knows how to answer each line? We've used the attendant console in the past, but don't see a way to pop-up a window based on DID.

Hi there - this is something that Arc Enterprise can offer - it can display a specific Salutation based on either the DID or Caller ID when a call enters the system...
