Hi all. I have a question on call transfer from a 7931 phone registered to a UC500. I have a operator who has a 7931 phone, and although they CAN transfer a call by pressing the push button at the bottom right (call transfer button), and then dial the extension, the operator PREFERS to pres that call transfer button, and press the line button on the right side (1 of 25, since they only have 20 or so employees), then hang up the phone. Is there a way to make that work?
Again, she can press that button, dial the extension number, then hang up and it works. She just wants to press only two buttons instead for some reason. Anyone know if this will work? It does NOT as it stands, it only puts the call on hold. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, actually if you configure 'transfer-system full-consult dss', transfer becomes a single button operation.
