WRVS4400N- No Wireless, loud noise from unit

Hi,

I have had my Linksys/Cisco WRVS4400N for just under a year now and recently it started to have some major issues.

1) The wireless completly died on it a few months ago (I have other AP's, but liked the N on this one). I have tested it multiple times with different cards/machines. The network apears and disapears, you can never sucessfully connect. This happens in N-G-B, 10ft away or 100ft away.

2) The unit (V1.0) has started to make a loud buzzing sound. Rather annoying as its in the Bedroom closet.

Is this still under warranty? I bought it from a retailer around 10 months ago, but long lost the reciept.

The WRVS4400N has a 3 year manufacturers warranty so it appears that you are within the warranty period.  To begin the process, if you are not a registered VAR, please contact our support team at 800-326-7114 so they can authorize a return.

This can happen with V1 make sure you get as replacement product V2.
