Hi,
does anybody have a idea how we can "tunnel" one VLAN (only one) from one c65 to another c65 that are only connected by a layer 3 link (access port on both sides).

Have a look at this recent thread -
If your 6500 IOS supports it i would go with L2TPv3

Hi,
Sounds like you will need to use a pseudowire over MPLS. Check this document
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_0s/feature/guide/fspseudo.html
You will need to enable LDP between your switches and then use the xconnect command to create the tunnel.
