Cisco CallManager 5.x Service Parameters

Nothing shows in Cisco CallManager Service Parameters when a service is selected (CM, Attendant Console, etc.). Has anyone seen this before?

Hi, did you start the services you need from Cisco Serviceability->Tools->Service Activation / contact center page?

Yes, the CM was setup by another vendor and has been running for a while. We will probably schedule a reboot, but I wanted to be sure there wasn't something else I could look at first.

I believe that you are hitting the following bug CSCsg09337. We had that issue and has to upgrade.
