Attendant Console Client problem

The AC is setup correctly and has been working. What happened was that the user logged in and was online but calls were not delivered to her. The jtapi trace on the client machine shows the following:

2221: Feb 23 07:57:16.335 PST %JTAPI-JTAPI-7-UNK:(P1-ac) 436256/2 ConnDisconnectedEv 3427:PT-Line1 [#160] Cause:100 CallCtlCause:0 CiscoCause:31 CiscoFeatureReason:5


The user rebooted the machine and logged back in and all was good. Other traces show that everything looked fine.


Does anyone know what ciscocause:31 is or ciscofeaturereason:5? Anyone know what might have happened?
