Packet loss between two routers over a WAN

Hi All,

There's a software that its not working appropiately because there's supposedly packets being dropped over the WAN. I have two 2811s connecting the WAN over Fiber. My question is: What is the best software to use or the best way to see the packets being transferred or dropped over the WAN? Besides looking at the ''show interfaces'' on both routers...

Any software should produce the same results, but you should verify against "show interface".

Can I use Netflow to get better results?

Or what is the recommendation?

Netflow is more to know what is going where rather than basic counters.

For simple monitoring I would recommend PRTG, Solarwinds,SNMPc, there must be many others.
