Solved: Changing Active-Directory-Synchronized CCM fields !!??

Hi all,

Is there a way to change the department of CCM users synchronized with an Active Directory ?

The question applies also to :

Middle Name

Manager ID

Department

Phone Number

Mail ID

Which are parts of the "Fields to be synchronized" in the LDAP directory Information Form.

yes, change it in AD

if you cannot change a field in CUCM is because you need to perform the changes directly in AD

no, it's not possible not to include it

the information is on the SRND and when you create the integration you get to choose from fields that have 2 or more values. if there is no option you obviously cannot choose.

I meant that , actually, it is not possible to change the Department of a user once we have performed synchronization with an Active Directory .

Is there a way/trick to change this field although I have a Synchronization in place ? or at least, is it possible not to include the department field in the fields that are aynchronized with the Active Directory.
