Hi,

Which are the exact softs names (from the Cisco Download Center) that should be installed on an MCS to have an Operational Meeting Place Platform version 6.0 that can do audio, video and web conferencing ?

Make sure both phones are part of the same Pickup group. Also make sure both phones CSS contain the partition of the Group Pickup number.

I don't think you can download the software through downlaod center. I think it's only avaialbe on DVD. You need to contact your sells rep.

While you can download just about everything from CCO you need except the OS boot/detection media (1.1-1.4); you won't have an operational setup without an 8106 or 8112 appliance as it is the device that mixes/blends the audio streams, serves as the licensing node, and is the node to which all the Windows 2003 based components register to.
