I have an envelope from Cisco sitting in front of me that is supposed to be Enhanced Agent Licenses. The only thing in the envelope is a user license agreement and a CCBU license document. There is no PAK key or anything. Does anyone know how I go about getting a license file? Cisco ran me around for 2 hours today before I finally gave up.

I think it depends on if it is a new install or an upgrade, we upgraded ours and had to call TAC and their "license specialist" had to install ours. If it is an upgrade, there is a licenseadmin.exe that you have to run or at least that's how ours is (ICM 7.1) Then you have to give that key to the license specialist so he can generate the proper key.

I guess I was expecting a PAK key to be in the envelope like there usually is. This isn't an upgrade we've just run out of licenses and want to install the ones we bought almost a year ago. ICM (7.2)

That was our case also, we bought and installed additional licenses. We had to get nasty with our local rep to finally get something done, it took close to a month to get our licenses and get them installed. They don't send a key, you have to run the licenseadmin.exe, give them the customer ID and computer ID, and they generate another code to add the additional licenses.
