Hi,
I get the following error message when I try to add a new JTAPI Trigger (Right next to the DN I added):
"Could not update the user on the CallManager"

There may be problem in any one trigger. Remove the defective trigger and route point and create new trigger.

Check if this DN is being used before, or not deleted well from the system.
Confirm by adding another DN should pass without any issue.

I recently received this error. It was caused by the jtapi and rmjtapi users being misconfigured.
