Historical Reporting Client

Unanswered Question

Recently we hqave updated to the new IOS 12.4(22) T2 and CUE ver 3.2.  We have enabled historical reporting and as well installed the Historical reporting Client.  When we try to connect we get an error stating "failed to initialize any database connections. Check the log file for error 5066"

Here is the log file

From what i can tell the error is around line 25 to line 27, but I have no idea how to resolve this.  I've tried to edit the hrcConfig.ini but nothing ive tried has resolved this.

Please Help,

Thanks
