CM4.1.3 to 6.1.2 migration

Hello,

I've successfuly installed CM6.1.2 on new hardware (while leaving existing pub/sub intact)using dma and registered the lics. How do i start using the new server? I tried changing the ip address on one of my 7940's to point to the new server with no luck. I've read articles about post migration steps and lots of posts in here about upgrades/migations but i can't seem to find anything about how to proceed with a "swing migration". Any help is appreciated.

has the feature license been loaded?

Hi,

you say you have registered the licenses. Which licenses do you mean ?

Do you have any DLU's showing in the License Manager ?

Hi,

I entered the PAK number here https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/PrivateRegistrationServlet?FormId=806 and cisco emailed me a lic which i uploaded to the new cm6 server. It shows i have 632 authorized and 614 used and 2 license servers authorized. Thanks again for your help.
