Pickup fail

Hello


I hava a problem with pickup. when I pickup call, has a busy. I check service and setup is correct. Then I solve this case by change number of pickup and assign to DN.

Please help me to verify. What a happen of this problem.


I use callmanager 4.2(3)SR3a.

Make sure both phones are part of the same Pickup group. Also make sure both phones CSS contain the partition of the Group Pickup number.

I setup pickup feature is correct. I use this feature normal and not have a problem. But this week I have a problem.

I check and verify that config is correct. Then I delete pickup number and add new. It works.


Please help.
