how do u configure two ISP's on a firewall.
on load balancing one should only carry the internet traffic and the other one should do mail, vpn and other traffic

What kind of Firewall - this is easily done on a IOS firewall with source-routing, but I don't think that is available on ASA.
For static VPN tunnels all you need to do is route the destination out the non-default route interface.

It gets a bit more complex for inbound traffic and/or if you want redundancy for your DMZ, if you have one.
If it's outbound traffic, as said, use source-routing and NAT according to the ISP link you choose.
