Normally you would use show idprom power-supply # . If its not there then its because your code is so out of date , only way then is to manually pull them and get the numbers off the power supplies, otherwise upgrade the code and the command will be there. Just used it to get power supplies replaced from cisco. Looking at your display it says 4006 , is this the chassis with 3 power supplies ? If so I don't think you can get that info from the command line with that chassis as that was normally used with catos supervisors and it wasn't available even on catos supervisors that i remember.
