random cm fallback

every three weeks or so, around 1:05am, the phones go into fallback mode.

I have to restart callmanager, unity, and ipcc.

event id and trace logs are attached if this will help identify the problem.

OS: MS 2000

MCS-7800 Intel 3.6GHz

4GB RAM
