DHCP Relay on an Cisco 1242ag

Unanswered Question

I've got one Cisco 1242ag Access Point and two SSIDs (one for employees, one for guests) running on it. For each SSID I've got one VLAN.

Altogether I have got 3 VLANs: VLAN 1(native) for Management, VLAN 10 for employees, VLAN 20 for guests.

The Access Point is connected directly to our Firewall.

Authentication type is EAP and this works very fine. The only thing which doesn't work is DHCP.

How can I configure, that the employees use our DHCP server X and the guests use our DHCP server Y?

I already defined for each interface ( 0.10 and fastethernet 0.20) an ip helper-address, but it doesn't work.

On our firewall I can see, that the DHCP Request are still broadcasts (destination ip,

so the DHCP relay agent is not working on the access point (the destination ip has to be the ip helper-address)

Any help is appreciated.

Best Regards
