What do you mean? Which prefix, where ?

The engineer of DrayTek need the our router send 1001@ipaddress before the extension number. But I don't know where insert the "1001@ipaddress", so I think be a prefix number. I try to use the voice translation-rule, but the @ is reject.

thanks

Correct, cisco cannot insert non-numeric values in called number. Ask the other engineer to make a normal configuration like everybody does.
