What is the difference and which is preferred?
group-policy xxx attributes
vpn-tunnel-protocol ipsec svc
or
group-policy 123 attributes
vpn-tunnel-protocol ipsec
group-policy 456 attributes
vpn-tunnel-protocol svc

In the first option "xxx" you are allowing both ipsec and svc for this particular group policy, whereas on the second option group policy "123" will only allow ipsec protocol, and group policy "456" will only allow svc.
