Hi all.
Am wondering if anyone encountered the problem whereby the scheduled icm admin script didn't run at the scheduled time?
The admin script was scheduled to execute at 7am every morning and it has been running fine for quite a while. It only failed to run recently.
Anyone has any idea what could be the root cause n hw do we resolve it?
Thanks & regards,
Eric

Were there any changes made to your admin script at all? Maybe adding a new user variable? Check the the router log for that time frame and see if it points you in any direction.

Yes, Call center timing got changed, so we changed the script under scheduler and saved it, the new timings are showing up when we goto scheduler tab. but when we call at the main script its taking old timing. we will see router logs to see if we find something..
Thanks,

Can you create a new simple admin script and schedule to run? I'm curios to know if it's just this one script or all admin scripts are affected.

Tomorrow we have plans to goto site, will try to do this as well.
Till now i was relying on customer inputs, which may be false :)
Thanks, Daljeet

Customer himself tried changing time and he changed the script as well and had configured main script under after hours as well, we changed it back and scheduled the new time and it worked just fine.
It was a big time useless mess.. thanks anyways for looking into it.
